About Fitzpatrick Real Estate School | Est. 1956

Thomas J. Bermingham, J.D., a renowned real estate expert in the Palm Beach area, founded the Bermingham School in 1956. Richard Fitzpatrick J.D., a respected area real estate professional, is now the school´s owner and instructor. Since taking over the school, Mr. Fitzpatrick has worked to expand the number of real estate courses offered.

Bill Tavernise, a local Real Estate Broker with over 30 Years experience is our lead instructor. Mr. Tavernise brings “Real-World” experience to our students. Fitzpatrick Real Estate School specializes in flexible “small class” instruction. All of our classes are designed for busy professionals who need to pass mandatory courses, but also want to learn the required materials in a relaxed, fun setting.
